Orvis Hydros III Fly Reel

The Orvis Hydros III Fly Reel combines smooth, reliable drag performance with a lightweight, large-arbor design built for 5–7wt fly fishing setups. Its fully sealed carbon and stainless steel disc drag system delivers consistent stopping power while protecting internal components from water and debris. A durable Type II anodized aluminum frame and spool provide strength without unnecessary weight, while the large arbor allows faster line retrieval and efficient line management. An ergonomic drag knob makes adjustments easy, and tool-free conversion between left- and right-hand retrieve adds versatility. Ideal for trout, bass, and other freshwater species, the Hydros III offers dependable performance for anglers who demand durability and control on the water.
