Hareline CDC Oiler Puffs

Hareline CDC Oiler Puffs are small CDC feathers designed especially for emerger patterns and other delicate dry-fly applications. Hareline notes that these puffs are smaller plumes than standard CDC feathers, making them useful when you want finer, more compact CDC material.
