Hardy Averon Streamer Fly Reel

Developed in collaboration with renowned streamer angler Kelly Galloup, the Hardy Averon Streamer Fly Reel is purpose-built for the demands of modern streamer fishing. Its extra-large arbor and friction-free incoming retrieve allow anglers to recover slack line quickly with a simple slap of the spool, helping keep loose line organized and ready when a fish strikes. Increased spool mass provides added rotational momentum and durability, while the widened spool rim, oversized handle and counterbalance improve control during fast retrieves. Audible outgoing clicks deliver classic Hardy feedback when a fish takes line, and the durable matte black anodized finish completes a reel designed specifically for anglers who fish big flies and target aggressive fish.
