Below Flaming Gorge, the Green is Utah's blue-ribbon trophy water — gin-clear flows, big browns, and the famous cicada event every May through July. Floating or walking the A, B, or C section, you want a 5–6 weight with backbone, a smooth drag, and waders that can handle a full day on the rocks.
