Weber River Fishing Report

The lower Weber got a nice bump this week. Gateway is up to about 130 CFS with the water right around 55 degrees, and the canyon near Uintah is close to 140. That's up from about 100 last week and it gives those fish a lot more room. Up top nothing has changed. Wanship is still around 25 and the gauge below Echo is reading under 20, so we'd still leave the upper river alone.

The week is starting out wet and stormy, and that's BWO weather. Look for them late morning and anytime it's cloudy, with midges going early. The browns are getting close to spawning, so stay off the gravel and leave the paired up fish alone. Pick off the eaters in the deeper runs and keep moving.
