Nothing new on Starvation this week. The last level we have is about 5,685 feet, and the park page is still from mid September, when the slip dock was closed for low water. DEQ had an algae warning here, so keep the dogs out of scummy water.
Smallmouth and walleye are still the best bets and trout are still slow. As the water cools, the bass want it slower and deeper, so drag a jig on the rocky points and channel breaks. Walleye are best at low light. The park asks folks to release crappie and keep small walleye under 15 inches.
