Fishing Report

The Provo near Hailstone is extremely low at roughly 30 CFS. That section requires a quiet approach, light tippet, and careful fish handling. Concentrate on the deepest available runs and avoid crowding fish in shallow water.

The Middle Provo around River Road is the better section, with considerably more water and good holding structure. Nymphing has been the most consistent approach. Midges are active during the morning, followed by PMDs from late morning into the afternoon.
