Ogden River Fishing Report

Big change on the Ogden this week. Below Pineview jumped from under 10 CFS to about 56, and the lower river at Gibson Avenue is up to around 79 from 17 last week. Up top below Causey hasn't changed much, still about 16. Pineview is still at a record low, so we're not sure how long this water sticks around. Check the gauge before you go.

If the flows hold, the lower river is worth a look again. Fish have been crammed into the deeper holes for a while, so they should spread out and start eating. Small nymphs and midges, and BWOs on cloudy afternoons. Give it a couple days to settle and clear up before you get too excited.
