Sage ESN Fly Reel

The Sage ESN Fly Reel is a precision-engineered fly reel designed specifically for Euro nymphing, offering exceptional balance, line control, and smooth drag performance. Its ultra-large arbor and narrow spool provide fast line pickup, while the full-frame design prevents thin Euro nymphing lines and leaders from slipping between the spool and frame. Sage's sealed SCS carbon drag system delivers smooth, consistent pressure to protect light tippets, with a One Revolution drag knob featuring 40 detented settings for precise adjustments. Fully machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the ESN features an adjustable stainless steel weight system that allows anglers to fine-tune rod balance for reduced fatigue and improved control. Available in Stealth and Chipotle finishes, the ESN is built for technical tight-line nymphing on rivers and streams.
