Cottarelli CDC & Hackle Twisting Tool

The Cottarelli CDC & Hackle Twisting Tool is designed for twisting CDC, marabou, and other soft feather fibers into clean, controlled bundles for fly tying. Its three-pin tip grips the feather stem while twisting helps capture fine fibers, making it useful for CDC wings, collars, and mixed-feather applications.
